"Receptionist are not good they never answered any questions they just always says they don't know so why work knowing nothing other than that have no problem at all with my children's doctor she is very sweet and nice always answers all my questions and does an awesome job with my kids especially my baby Just love her she is the best totally recommend her Dr. Cortney Ashley she is the best children's pediatric! But all variety care places really sock! They always rude and charges you a lot of money for everything and don't even do their job right!"

"Receptionist are stuck up. My OBGYN Maria Meyers spent at least 2 minutes in the room with me. Did not get questions answered had to message them online. Although the provider was kind not enough time was spent with the patient. Variety Care just sucks."

"I don’t understand why this Google review is just 3.5 starts! I absolutely love this place. Dr Hannah Mouray is awesome! And so are her OBGYN associates and nurse staff. Had my baby girl a few weeks ago. My only complaint.. the receptionist. They never talk, don't say hi. It gives you nothing to look forward too walking in. But if you can get past that and focus on having a good OBGYN it overshadows them. Wish I could give them a 4.5 stars"

"Arlet on the pharmacy side is a very rude tech with no regard to customer service whatsoever. When being asked a simple question she had an attitude from start to finish. If you don't want to go to work and be polite, then just stay home. There is no way she should be allowed to work with the public with an attitude that's not people first. Most people that come to a pharmacy and/or call are sick and the added rudeness does not help any situation. She clearly does not like her job or customer service aspect of it, either way she needs to be trained on customer service or not work in customer service at all."
