"Place was great. I recommend filling the online forms out before you go. Appointment at 10am was home with the scripts by 10:50am. Super easy. Very nice"
"I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a really pleasant experience here! I don’t have a primary care Dr. since moving to OKC and tried this place out today. The staff was very kind, the building was clean, and the PA that saw me really listened to my symptoms and answered all of my questions. I felt much more taken care of here than I have at other urgent cares in the area that I have tried. Very personable care!"
"If I could give 100 stars, I would! My kid cut his forehead and we came literally 10 min before they closed and the staff graciously took us in! PA Karlee and the front and back staff were great! They got us back quick and was able to get my kid sutured and out the door within 30 min or less! I cannot thank the staff enough for saving us a trip to the ER so late on a Sunday evening! Highly recommend!"
"The staff was not empathetic to me when I came in with a dislocated knuckle. I waited an hour to be seen which I know can be expected, so that’s not the issue. I don’t understand why you sit there and complete check in paperwork and then when you enter the room you are asked the same questions that you just typed in your paperwork. When I entered the facility after a few others just came in the receptionist shouted “ just so you know we only have one doctor and one nurse today!”……okay, well I need a doctor and I’m in pain so I’m staying. The nurse had zero bedside manner with me. She took me back to take X-rays and she acted like I’m supposed to know what to do with my hand. It was so frustrating and I had to say that I never had x-rays on my hand, she told me how to put my hand like she said, she said “no” and moved my hand. She put a tiered foam thing in front of me and said put your hand on this…so I did, and she said”no, separate your fingers “. So I did and then she said “no, one finger on each “step” of the foam thing. Sheesh really? The doctor is another story. He didn’t appear to notice the difference in my hands and knuckles and actually questioned me about who told me to go there. What is that? You can see that my knuckle was flat, and if I tried to stretch out my ring finger it clearly bent to the right hitting my middle finger. You don’t know if it’s dislocated???? Then they put a splint on “for now” because they sent the x-ray to a radiologist. The nurse slapped it on without care and it hurt, she wrapped that god awful stretchy stuff to hold it in place and she was pulling it so hard it would rip and she essentially didn’t care how it looked. This was 5:15 pm and they said they would call me after they hear back (usually takes an hour, they said). So it’s 7:45 and I call, and they have the phone disabled so there is no answer and another prompt gives you a busy signal. Will call in the a.m. but I won’t be returning to this Access Urgent Care. And now I’m even more stressed because what is the diagnosis of my hand? I realize one doctor and one nurse puts pressure on them, but that is no reason to not show a caring side to injured/sick patients especially if we are willing to wait to see for over an hour or more."
"It was great overall. I waited a while, but have narcolepsy so I just fell asleep. The physician who helped me...I really, really liked. I think her name might have been Angie. She had greyish hair, but seemed younger than the hair might make one assume."
