"I scheduled an appointment for lab work to be done in Suite 101. I scheduled this on March 22nd, for my appointment to be March 25th. I went to my appointment, and I arrived 10 minutes early as requested.... only to be told by an incredibly rude nurse that they can't do the labs that I need to do and to go out to the other side of town to have my lab work done. They didn't think it necessary to call me at any point in the 3 days between my scheduling the appointment and the time i walked into the clinic? They didn't think to call me at any time before I fasted all day, or I arrived on time, or I took off work to make it to this appointment? Nope. Instead i was just told very rudely that I need to go somewhere else across town. The lack of care, consideration and customer service to the extent that I couldn't even receive a phone call. I cannot even describe how irritated I am up with this experience."

"Horrible experience and i didn’t even get to see the doctor. I was supposed to be a new patient and i walked in like normal and they didn’t even have me on the schedule because they cancelled my appointment because THEY had the wrong number. Then they only have appointments available in 2 weeks or 3 weeks ?? So honestly i’d just say please be careful who you pick as your primary care!"

"wow - I'm not at all sure I'm reviewing the same place as other reviewers! I've never had any rude treatment at Mercy Clinic. I do miss Dr. Lindsay from the old Norman Clinic practice, but our switch to Dr. Bryan has been painless and well taken care of. We like Dr. Bryan and his nurse."

"If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. I have never once taken the time to write a negative review, much less for a healthcare provider, until now. The staff is incredibly rude, degrading, and disrespectful. After being hung up on and treated with incredulous amounts of attitude and voices raised by a nurse Danette, I called back twice in order to speak with someone higher. I never received a call back and the nurse then wrote completely untrue and false information in my chart. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and hatefulness by ANY customer service representatives, much less those who are in healthcare and supposed to be in the business of caring for the health of human beings. They offered no understanding or empathy and showed absolutely zero initiative in mending the situation. It is no wonder that they keep losing PCP’s and medical professionals. I wouldn’t recommend Mercy - Porter to my worst enemy."

"This place is no the same without Dr. Dearman. I called to establish care with new PCP. I absolutely love my previous experiences with mercy but the current front desk staff is super bluntly rude. They hang up on me. I called back and they were not supportive or patience with the questions I had about establishing care with a new doctor. Healthcare facilities should be patient, caring and understanding but this place is unfortunately not that."
