"I got on this website to give a five star review and was surprised by the last review. I have lived in Norman for 48 years and have been to multiple minor emergency centers in this town. This center has ALWAYS been the most professional with the best care so it has been my “go to” for many years. Pam took care of me last night and was absolutely wonderful! I had what I thought was a cold, but it turned out to be covid. I was given a strep test, even though I have not had strep in my entire life. I also had sutures removed and Pam was so gentle that I barely felt anything. I am sorry for the experience the woman had with her children, but it is 100% opposite of what I experienced with Pam. I highly recommend this center for any urgent care needs."
