"I have been buying my groceries here for years. I live about a mile away. The last at least 20 times I have come to do my shopping, there are no shopping carts at the front door. I have to go out to the parking lot and find a shopping cart to bring in to get my groceries. There have been times that it is not easy to find one. I think this is ridiculous. I already scan my own food at the checkout. Now I got to get my own cart too?!?! Walmart is one of the biggest companies in the world. You should be able to afford more shopping carts for your customers. PLEASE take care of this issue soon. Thank you"
"This Walmart gave away my groceries to some random person then refused to refund me my money. They told me to call the 1800 number and the 1800 number told me to call the store. It took 3 days for someone to do anything. They said they couldn’t refund me because the order was picked up, even though it wasn’t by me. Said they would they would re pull my order. I get there and it takes them FOUR TIMES going back in and out of the store to bring me everything that completed my order. As if they didn’t see everything I ordered on my order number. This Walmart is trash. The manager Rob was absolutely no help and didn’t have a care in the world since it didn’t affect him. And then they didn’t even have all of my items available. This Walmart is trash"
