"This is the MOST unorganized place I've ever been. People who have commercial insurance get treated like trash, but if your a non-English speaking family with NO INSURANCE, you get right in. I sat there for 4 hours, needing 1 immunization for my kid and never got it. I go back today and they're now out of the shot. Go figure"

"Good luck getting an appointment, they are booked for the day one minute after 8am when they open everyday. And it’s all by same day appointments so no scheduling out and no walk ins. Essentially get screwed even though this health department is supposed to be for the publics well being and health."

"Scheduling for Covid vaccine does require vigilance and persistence to find a slot. Once appointment was made, the entire process from notifications, check in, vaccine administration, waiting period to 2nd appointment scheduling was excellent."

"I had the worst experience and I will never ever ever go here again. The staff are totally incompetent. Checked in right after they opened at a.m. and sat there waiting for over 2 hours, only to find that they hadn't even checked me in yet."

"I came here to get my Childrens shot records. The staff was very friendly and they helped me very quickly. One lady was already helping me and another lady came up to offer assistance but I had already been helped. I came at 3:45. They were not the type to sit and let me feel uncomfortable . they immediately addressed me and helped me. They were very nice. There were 5 women inside and they all greeted me with smiles and nods."
