"Had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks out for excruciating pain in my shoulder, only for them to cancel my appointment day of, not notify me, and then don’t reschedule me. And to top it off the physician experience was atrocious with rude non caring faculty. I didn’t feel comfortable here as a patient at all. Horrible experience."

"I would give 5 stars o the lab personnel. The front desk female was great as well as the pre screen nurse, but my doc I seen was kind of rushy and pushy I felt, spoke over me when I was trying to explain things or understand not to happy about that, felt like I couldn’t ask questions or cared about what I was saying. Lab ladies- Bailey and Maggie we’re both super friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable since I’ve had bad experiences in the past (not there facility) and rude people just doing it and not care about your feelings. Little situation happened but all that matters is how they handled it which was amazing and I can’t thank them enough for that."

"After being subjected to many bad experiences at other VA medical centers, was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get med treatments in a quick and reliable way. Love my dr. there and have never had any issues at all. I actually live allot closer to another center but drive the extra miles to keep the catre I am accustomed to."

"Overall I have never experienced any of the bad things that people in the news media have reported. My primary care physician is excellent. She takes time to listen and is truly concerned about each of her patients. I just wish it wasn't so difficult to get in to be seen. As for the specialist she has referred me to, I have no complaints. I like that I have seen the same specialist for the past 6 years. For me if I need a prescription I prefer to go to the VA hospital and pick it up. The mail system might be a good idea on paper, but not in practice. I live 30 miles from the VA hospital. It's an easy drive or ride to and from for me."
