"I would not even give them a star. They are unprofessional. They gave me an appointment for my husband. They cancelled me that same day. I rescheduled for the second time. They cancelled me for a meeting. That is not okay. To reschedule me, it will take more than a month. People really need the help. Do not play with them."

Booked my appointment a month ago and felt like the receptionist really understood my situation, after that they’ve called back to reschedule TWICE and today to reschedule for an additional month and a half out. I had high hopes for this clinic and have missed so much work due to REAL health issues. What you’re doing to people is really sad."

"I wouldn’t waste my time with this “clinic”. Really I wouldn’t even call it that. They don’t keep track of what was prescribed to you because they obviously don’t have any of their paperwork in order. You can get prescribed the same thing for months and then a new PA comes in and all of a sudden they have no record of you ever getting that prescription. Clearly they don’t keep tract of anything so at this point, you couldn’t pay me to go there. I was put on gabapentin for my back for 4 months and now they don’t have any record of my taking that medication even though their former PA’s name is on the bottle!!! So that just happened magically? This clinic is supposed to help people who don’t have insurance when really they just treat you like you’re worthless because you don’t. I’ve never been to a clinic that is more unorganized and uncaring. If I could give this place no stars, I would! You’ve been warned! Also, I will be reporting this “clinic” to the BBB.
