"I have been in contact with Katie in April. I informed her that my account would expire and I had a family emergency, she informed me that she would keep my account active for another 6 months. all I needed to complete was my final exam. I go to sign on and my account is not found. Now I have submitted multiple requests; calls and emails- no response or answer. I have also paid for this course twice now."

"I was a student with Charles Barnes from late 2022 into 2023. The customer service is non-existent. That includes emailing which results in generating a formatted response that is the same for every issue. The instructor tries hard to convey ideas but frustratingly won’t address questions in real time. Overall I cannot recommend this real estate school to anyone, and I may have to switch to another program in order to pass the state exam. Very very disappointed in what used to be the most respected RE school in the state of Oklahoma. Buyer beware."

"I enrolled in the brokers course with Charles Barnes in early March 2023. After completing a few hours I stopped working. The next day when I went to resume, the website had me start over from the beginning. I called the customer support phone number and after several attempts at reaching a live person the recording just kept prompting me to visit the Charles Barnes website and submit the question there. I have since sent at least 5 emails since mid March trying to get this easy issue resolved. I am still yet to speak on the phone or email with an actual person at Charles Barnes. I’m out $500. Proceed at your own risk. There is no accountability with this company and they obviously have no problem taking mine or your money and not providing the most simple of customer service tasks. 0 stars will not use again."
