"We just stopped by to get a prescription filled for a grandmother in our church who is very ill with a UTI and fever. It was 7:45 pm when we came into the drive thru and the assistant said it couldn’t be ready till morning. My husband made an appeal about the severity of the situation and noted that it was just antibiotic capsules. The assistant kindly said she would ask the pharmacist (the reason I give two stars instead of one) and he said No."

"I go here all the time for everyday items, the cashiers are always super nice wish I could say the same about the pharmacy. Stood in like for over 10 mins, was the only one in line while I was ignored until a man came up and got help immediately. The pharmacist who helped him was rude towards him and acted like she hated being there. When it was finally my turn she was rude and unhelpful. I will not be back for medicine, I’m sticking to Walgreens"

"On 4/1/23, it was 40 degrees and the pharmacist tech and pharmacist "A", watched and waited for customers to realize they were speaking through the intercom. I realized that we're talking about me because they kept looking at the drive thru window and after about 5 mins the tech motioned the phone. Neither lady came to window as they normally would. I was the only person in line. I received poor customer service from both and the pharmacist never asked if I had any questions after I picked up my prescription. She simply walked away from the window. No signs posted that indicates to use the intercom."

"The self-checkout is a disaster. The scale/theft prevention system continually malfunctioned, requiring a cashier to come reset it a half a dozen times. Since there was only one cashier working, this took forever. I should have just waited in the regular checkout line for 15 minutes instead... Fix your piece of junk self checkout kiosk, or better yet hire some more actual cashiers!! I'm never shopping here again."
