My mom recently switched insurance. So before this change took place we called to verify they would accept it. Sure, no problem, she's an existing patient. So the switched happend, now they won't accept it. Told us the girl we talked to didn't know what she was talking about. Granted she had to go ask like two other people before confirming. So now we are back to trying to find a different doctor and starting this process over again. Hire competent staff it effect others people's lives."

And argues with the patients. If you miss an appt, they will call you and make you make another one. Medicare fraud!!"
