"I have been a customer for 18 years. Animal rescue. Have spent MANY thousands of dollars here. Just called about a chihuahua I just got back that is in tremendous pain with a distended abdomen. I feel sure the pup has a tumor. I called and asked about payment arrangements for the pup to be seen because I do not currently have all the funds this will require. I offered to put my card on file for payments to be made. The lady put me on hold and went and talked to Dr B. I was told they cannot make payment arrangements and I would have to pay in full at time of service. This place has severely gone downhill since Dr Shelly is no longer there. More concerned with money than with animal health. Prices are off the charts but I continued to use them since I had my animals history there. Very sad to see what this place has turned into. I will now make it my mission to let all know to run and find another vet. Compassion for animals at this place is equivalent to what you pay. Animals deserve better than what this place offers."

"I only visited them for a quick rabies vaccination for my cat before leaving. They were quickly and friendly, going a little further than expected and checking on if my cat was eligible for a longer vaccination. They had two adorable kittens available for adoption at the time."
