"This place is very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment lady answered the phone as if she was at home. When she answered she just said hello, from there I asked if this was family health care she said yea what do you want? I asked if I could make an appointment? She said what number did you call? I hung up didn’t know if I was talking to the doctors office. Somebody calls back to make me an appointment had me to come in just to tell me I’m canceled and can’t come back. A professional clinic would not of had me to come all the way to the clinic to tell me that. However, I was already feeling this place was racist this is why I stop going to the clinic in Yukon."

"Horrible experience. Showed up to get cleared so I could donate plasma thought it was kinda weird so I asked if they could do that. The guy went back asked someone came back and said sure we’ll do it. Than he said but this is a masked clinic. Cool no problem, do you have one. No we ran out. Cool no problem I’ll go get one, completely respect places deciding what they want. Went got one came back.. filled out paper work paid my co-pay. Waited. While waited someone came in also didn’t have a mask, all of sudden they found a mask. I thought ah whatever she had an appointment, I didn’t I need to get this done. Now it’s been about an hour, a lady comes out and says they cannot do what I originally asked, for me to get a refund. Ok went to the counter, just to find out can’t give me a refund because the manager is at another location. Waste of time."
