"The office attempted to charge me $150 a visit (for multiple visits) for my son even though I told them there must be a mistake because my deductible has been met and even provided proof. The third time this happened I requested the front desk person talk to my insurance provider after leaving my husband and son in the waiting room an hour after his visit was scheduled for, without being seen by a doctor or communicated with at all about the situation. She took my phone with the customer service rep on the call and slammed their divider in my face after I requested the conversation be left on speaker so that I may also hear. She handed me back the phone and told me I still had to pay. I came to find out later from my insurance provider, that the woman had hung up on my insurance representative who was trying to explain to her that her system was incorrect, that I had in fact met my deductible, and should not have to pay the large amount. She also told my husband that my two year old could not been seen for his appointment even though it was a followup to see if a prescription worked or if my two year old would need a procedure. My insurance provider said they attempted to reach out multiple times to the office to fix the issue, and the front desk lady would not talk to them. She also refused to tell me the name of the business administrator for the office. Needless to say, if you expect honesty and integrity for your healthcare business, find someone else. If zero stars was a possibility, I would do that."
