"I had a procedure to have my gallbladder removed but things didn't go according to plan. I ended up having to stay 2 nights and 3 days. The care that I received from everyone was top notch. They cared for me as if I was a family member of there own."
"MRI on Friday 10/27 and still no results and today is 11/6. I was told I would have the results in 72 or less. The people in the office were friendly and efficient other than it taking 3 tries for an IV and I’m not a hard stick. The radiologist however are pitiful with the timeliness of their reads. As an ER nurse that worked for Baylor for many years, I believe that the Baylor leadership expects better than this, if not then they should be looking for another job."

"The ER team was awesome last Wednesday when I was there. Dr. Wu was so through and caring...she is the best! Sandy, the nurse really cared about my comfort, was there for me and was pleasant and made me comfortable. This was a huge departure from the ER I experienced at another local hospital. BS&W has made their hospital clean and bright. I am impressed and hope they will expand their operation in Sherman."
