Reviews
"As a traveling veteran, I can tell you that this is the worst va clinic that I have ever been to. If at all possible, find somewhere else to go for your medical needs."
"Typical VA outpatient clinic. Kiosks down or half working. My first visit, for labs, was scheduled for 9:10. I rescheduled and walked out at 9:29. Waste my time, I'll waste yours. My rescheduled labs appointment went better the second time around. Time will tell how efficient they are regarding appointments. Until then, 2 stars. UPDATE. 4*. Good to see this location straight up remove the broken kiosks for check in. Good front desk service compared to last year. Better attitudes all around including my own. Keep up the good work WFVAC."
"I never leave a review unless it is really bad. I have been trying to get a consult done for one of my patients to go to a place for PTSD/Substance Use. For the past two week me and the admission person from the place couldnt get a hold to anyone. We both together left about 50 calls and voicemails. My patient is being billed $700 per day for staying at our facility (This is day 5) all because she dont meet criteria to stay here."
"Almost Impossible to get ahold of. They almost never call you back. I’ve scheduled an appointment three months ago for mental health, and they called me back 3 times because apparently each time they didn’t put me down. My review also keeps getting deleted. I started trying to make an appointment at the end of June or beginning of July and I finally got one in October."
"I had gone to my civilian lung Dr. today and he gave me some info on a new inhaler. BUT THE 2 GIRLS WORKING were too busy to even stand up and talk to me.. This is un exceptable. Im contacting my congressman RONNY JACKSON. THEY handed me a paper form and said ,fill it out and someone will call you. I was there then and wanted to talk to my Va Dr, or one of his assistants. But they were too busy to talk to me. This was witnessed by The DAV comander Joel Jiminez. My grade to the VA is 1 star. My favorite assistant there (Amy) Was not there today. American Veteran's deserve more respect than this. This was around 2pm Thursday June 2nd. nr"
