"I have doubts if it's really licensed Walgreens no idea how they keep sending me medicine that I do not need and charge my insurance every month for it and I canceled it multiple times my doctor canceled it multiple times and they keep sending this medicine for me every time. And 90% of the staff know nothing about how to handle patients in pain and coming for medicine not complaining about a dinner not cooked well in resturant. I wish we can rate zero star."

"Day 3 of waiting for an ANTIBIOTIC because they’re doing inventory! Planning to go out of town today with still no medication. The place sucks. For a pharmacy they have no empathy for real people who are sick. I chose this location because they’d be open late but if I had gone to Conrad Marr at least I would have gotten my medication the next day and not 3 days and 4 trips later. I stopped going here in 2019 because of the extreme lack of caring and rude treatment by the tech. I had 103 fever with the flu & also upper respiratory infection and was delirious about to pass out with 3 kids in tow. She yelled at me about the hundreds of scripts to fill first and made a comment about all the people I just saw in the lobby. However. The pharmacy was empty and crickets when I arrived so I did not see whatever it was she had been dealing with previously. I didn’t not have anyone to go back to the pharmacy for me and I was so sick I should not have even been driving. She sent me home to die because of the hate in her heart and her own bad day. I hate this pharmacy and will never go here again. I made a bad choice this time and am agsin3 data waiting for an antibiotic with a plane ticket this evening to travel spit of state. I should have had my medicine on Wednesday"

"Expect to wait in line for 45 minutes or more. Don’t expect to have a pleasant experience with the staff. The staff need to realize customers are not an inconvenience. This store seriously needs a management change, additional pharmacy staff, and a remodel of the pharmacy Drive-Thru. Being the only 24-hour Pharmacy in Yukon, they need to staff themselves and remodel the store to accommodate for the increased traffic."

"Avoid this Walgreens. I spent 45 minutes on hold at 10pm and 38 minutes on hold at 3 am. No one ever answered the phone. Who allows a 24 hour pharmacy to ignore phone calls. SMH. Worst pharmacy ever."

"Lied to me multiple times about when my prescription would be ready and kept making excuses. Despite two in person visits and four phone calls (fifteen minutes each time), I still have no prescription and only a ton of excuses. I would use anyplace else, but sadly, my insurance is covered at Walgreens."
