"The store associates here have amazing customer service skills. I went to go try on new pants after loosing weight, and one of the ladies said to let her know if I needed a different size. Well, I tried them on and they looked terrible. Normally I would blame my body and put the clothes back then leave. But I bravely asked for a smaller size and hot diggety dog! They looked great! It's hard to tell in stretchy clothes if something is just the wrong cut for your body or the wrong size but her offer to help was like a little permission slip to my brain to try again and not get stressed out. So now I've got 4 new pants, love them!"

"Friendly staff and I always find the size and style I need. Edit: why send out coupons that can't be used with sales then have an entire store sale? You can't use the coupon. It's a better deal for the store and it got me in, but lost half my purchase. I reduced my purchase because it felt shady to send out deals and intentionally made it where Lane Bryant could honor the deals."

"They need to learn policy. I came in about a week ago and the girl said I can't return an item without my card. Wrong, because when I made my return they didn't even ask/need it. Also during the return my cousin gave me some bras to take for her only 1 had the tag. Margaret and some manager with a short purple/red haircut tried telling me I can't return the items. I have the receipt and I've worked at LB in the past I asked when policy changed? They couldn't tell me because it never has. Bottom line learn policy. I called corporate and they even verified that making a return with only the receipt is perfectly fine. Which I knew already because I like I said I've worked there, it's not coming out of your paycheck why do you care?"
