"You pulled all the deals? Okay, I’ll just go to another one. This Wingstop is the worst in the area anyway; sometimes you barely get sauce, sometimes you get just enough to taste it, and rarely will it ever be actually sauced up. Getting them hot despite waiting is hit or miss. Not worth the money without deals. Ill be taking my business to the 81st and Lewis location, who sauces and cooks everything consistently and keeps their deals up. Sad that y'all have a 2.6 star when its really not that hard to just do everything right."

"I’ve had enough of this place. This new location is less than a mile from my home and I will make it a point to drive over 10 miles out of my way than to deal with this location again. Walk-in order taking 45 minutes with absolutely no line ahead of me? First I call in an order to see if that can help with wait time (I always have at least a 30 minute wait at this location). Welp, after 9 minutes on a continuous hold I give up and go inside. Just for me to see guy just standing there at the counter, leaned up against it just chatting it up with the other workers. 45 minutes later I finally get my food and lo and behold, got home with a missing French fry. I am so patient and always try to be understanding but something has to be done about this location. It’s just unacceptable and owners may not care because I’m sure it’s franchised but I’ll be sure to copy this Google review to corporate side as well. Just shameful"

"I placed an order in store. I asked for all flats well done. What do I get classic mixed and not well done. When I call to get my order fixed on this cold night no one wants to answer. I let it ring for 14 minutes. Hung up called again let it ring for 10 minutes and a 3rd time for 8 minutes with no answer. I am asking the owner or manager to please reach out. I spent 34 dollars to receive what I asked for. If you don't want your job then stay home. I am a very loyal Wingstop customer. I spend toouch money there at least twice a week."

"I have been here now 3 different times since they have opened and I can honestly say it is the worst location I have ever been to ever, no one is ever able to come up to the front and when they do they take forever to do any simple task, I called ahead tonight and asked for my chicken to be cooked well done because they can ever get it hot, it’s always soggy and feels weird when you bite into it. And if course the same thing happed again tonight. Don’t go to this one! All of the other locations in tulsa are wayyy better!"

"Out of all the wingstops in tulsa this has been the worst one for me personally, first off i ordered online with the to avoid the waiting, app said what time my food would be done and i got there 15min after the time i was supposed to be there and i STILL had to sit and wait on my food! Soon as i get home i check my food and im missing food and they got the flavors completely wrong on my order and the chicken they gave me was SUPER SEASONED to the point where it was not eatable so i waited til next day called manager and they said come get another order on them, i go to get my new free order or better yet they’re order i already paid for and i had to wait again! From a order i called in 49min ago! So i took the new order and even the new orsweet"
