"I loved this place, Dr. P was with my girls right after they were born. The office staff is pretty rude though. At least the head staff. I was kicked from this clinic for a no call - no show, it was literally minutes after my scheduled appointment, the weather was bad, and I was sick with the flu, strep, and I had pink eye, and when I tried to explain to the clerk over the phone, I was transferred to the head nurse who cancelled my appointment and said my kids and I were no longer welcome at their clinic. I understand their policy, that's fine. I was never specified with how long, where has other offices have said 3 no call - no shows in a year or sometimes 9 months and mine was past that. My third no call - no show was my third time after a year in and things happen, people get busy with their life and forget to call. There are no reminders for a no call - no show, you just literally have to remember and I don't have a great memory. So, it sucks that my kids lost their doctor and the staff couldn't even be nice about it."
