"They scammed me. I put money into their lotto machine which ate it. The cashier saw it happen and told me he would speak with the manager and call me. I have been following up for a week and the manager is suspiciously never there. Now there phone number rings as no longer in service. I was told by another cashier that "this has happened to a number of people""

"I always come in here on my break because it’s close and I’m always satisfied! I order something from the kitchen and run to the restroom and I’m always taken care of by employees! I see Colin R. the most and he’s always super friendly and making jokes! Always nice to see him in there! He definitely has a part in the Quiktrip experience!!!! We love him! Employees are also super on top of greeting customers as they come in."

"I really dislike the store on 36th and Peoria. we went to go get pizza and the stuff that expired so I asked the guy named Colin that works in the kitchen if he was going to throw the pizza out and he said yeah I'm going to make another and I'll hook you up basically what I came to understand is he planned on giving us the pizza he was going to throw. We waited around for 10 minutes like you said and then he told my kids that he wasn't going to give us the pizza but he made us a new one. Because only the people that were working there could eat the pizza that went bad or over the time limit not so much bad. not exactly sure what the policy is but I don't believe it's the employees eating the stuff that should be thrown away by the employees were given to people because every place else that we've gone to does that for us if the stuff is expired. I think something strange is going on. This is not the first time I've been in there and it's been odd. The restrooms are also extremely horrible and nasty. Also stopped there to use the restroom. Looks like somebody peed and crapped all over the floor and people just leave it. I don't think anybody takes care of the restrooms here. The guy at the front register look like he knew what he was doing. I don't even remember his name because I was aggravated at the guy in the kitchen."

"Great service like any other QT and maybe a tad better. Manager is very kind and great at his job. Kitchens food is always delicious. The only complaint at this location is an occasional lack of paper towels in Male restroom at very busy times and a very infrequent bathroom closer."
