"We have had our daughter on the waiting list since October of 21, I was told in July of 22 that our daughter could start this school year, the day care lost her paper work and now she has no spot in daycare and they put her back on the waiting list and dont know if or when she will have a slot. The director told me it didnt matter what the staff told me only her and one other can enroll a child and neither of them enrolled my daughter so they will call back if and when a spot opens up. If I could rate this place I would give is minus 5 stars. but in order to post my review I have to give it at least 1 star but it is not a 1 star rating."

"My child has been going to this daycare since she was 6 weeks old. I have not had any issues out of this child care center."

"They lack communication with parents. They suspended my son without written warning then a day later expelled him without causation. Unfortunately they are the only daycare in madill so parents are forced to put up with them. I was nothing but transparent about my son's disabilities and they used it against him. Very sad. I've had a very poor taste in my mouth about ther professionalism."
