"Waited over 25 mins for a Baja chicken wrap,tots, and a redbull charger... watched everyone come and go with what looked to be the same amount... had enough time to wait and get back to work on time. They made me over 15 mins late back to work. Won't be going here again..no other sonic has ever takin this long even if I order more. They said they were refunding my money but guess what...they haven't and they aren't. I didn't get a receipt so I can't show my charges..Will not be going to sonic..they're food isn't ever that good anyways and the wait is always ridiculous"
"Every single time I’ve come to this Sonic without fail they always mess my food up. Even when I wait months and try again hopping they’ll be better but they never are. I used to work in fast food and I’m baffled how you can mess up an on orders so often. Maybe try to do better?"
"Sonic food is what you'd expect for the price. However, the gal that took my order, AMBER, was the rudest I've ever experienced! NOT what is expected in Oklahoma. Rude, mean and just downright nasty! Could care less if I ordered or not. She seemed put out that I was even there! This franchise should fire her before corporate hears this complaint. Times are tough enough for fast food joints, so a little friendliness goes a long way to ensure repeat customers, but for me, I won't be coming back to this Sonic only because of how I was treated! Management can thank AMBER for losing a customer!"
"Thought this corn dog was funny... I was really looking forward to it, too. It was the only thing I got for myself that night. Smite by God Himself, I think! No one turned the corn dog over to see the charred sausage, so... I LOL'd and then was upset when I didn't have a corn dog to look forward to."
"Every time I order the frito chili pie wrap it’s always 99% tortilla and 1% filling. If the sonic franchise can’t actually afford to put the ingredients in the meal then maybe they should take it off the menu. This is not a one time deal either."
