"No tea, no water. Come to this location if you'd like rancid food, to pay for a cup of water as a paying customer on a hot day. I was told I could not even get a kid sized or small complimentary cup for water but would have to pay for the cup. Both of their teas are ALWAYS completly empty at non busy times. They did not have passion tea or sweet tea (for self serve). Additionally, this location also does not provide brown rice. There were also homeless individuals inside not eating, just using the internet. The kung pao meat on my plate tasted rancid and old (the napkin in my picture shows what I spit out) so I took the full pictured plate up to the counter and asked for a refund and was told they don't provide refunds but they could give me an egg roll. No, I don't want your nasty rancid food or a $1 egg roll when I spent $13 on a meal! That was rancid and I did not even touch."

"This kids meal is a rip off. $7 + tax for a kids meal and barely any noodles. Maybe enough for a bite or two and it’s done. For a few more dollars i can get a full size plate of noodles for 2 adults from egg roll express a mile down the street."

"I love Panda Express, they have many options for free food. For Example: 1. Joining the Reward program, every $25 Dollars you spend you can upgrade a bowl to a plate. 2. But also in the reward program they send you every month many options for free, like buy one bowl get one free. 3. Doing online surveys after you purchase your meal, in your next visit you will receive a free small entree and can be premium! I love the people there too!"

"There was a sign on the door that said that the lobby was closed because they were short staffed. I went through the drive-through and ordered my food. Got it pretty quickly and the services is good. Food was dry and didn’t taste very good."

"First and foremost, why does drive thru say they are open until 10pm but when I pulled up to a line at 9:18p, they said they were closing soon? Secondly, I was told they had limited items and was forced to pay for rice. If you're open until 10pm wouldn't you have a batch left of chow mein?? Service was short and tone came off rude. I will definitely be speaking to the manager and GM if necessary. I should enjoy what I pay for."
