"They always screw up the order. The food is just laying there and the nuggets always taste reheated and rubbery in texture there NOT CRISP. Fries are soggy . And that new thing with cutting one slice of bacon into two is ridiculous! Get it together"

"I was there at 3:30 am this morning on 1/31/24. I order some breakfast burritos and they came out cold. When I say cold, they we're burrito flavored popsicles. When I asked for a refund, no one understood what I was saying in English. In Oklahoma, where the native (no pun intended) language is English, this McDonald's thought it was a good idea to have no English speaking employee overnight. When I asked for a refund, they keep trying to offer me more food. When I refused the food, they'd just say, "we making for you now.""

"We travel in from outta state a lot and this time in stead of taco bell or gas station food my friend an I got in so late well aka early and we decided to go here and when we pull up to the order speaker the order taker was jus rude. He said yah, whatchya want? Didn't get rude at the window or at the speaker at him. However, the second guy was a lot nicer. The second window guy is what set the atmosphere for me is how I left. Overall the food was hot and fast as well as correct"

"I was set back with the dried pickles in the light fixtures and the brick size hole in the window. Food hot and fresh. A little language barrier but second try was correct. I think if you want it the way you order it. We should use the self service kiosk. Decent experience."
