"Slow service, prompt with taking our order the first time. Drinks tasted weird (was Dr. Pepper and water), asked for a replacement sweet tea/lemonade. The new drink didn't come until after the food was brought. The food took 20 minutes+ and was EVERYTHING was cold, wasn't going to bother asking for new food because didn't feel like waiting again. The person who helped our waitress had an attitude about having to help her out. They kept our receipts so we couldn't fill out feedback. I can see why this one is never busy."

"So pissed I come all the time first he gave me a Jr burger instead of the classic burger as I ate it fine hair cooked with in it so gross for it to be build not long ago this is gross"

"Today’s experience: I called in an order at about 7:50am for pick up. I was told it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I get there at 8:23am and not only is the order not ready, but they don’t even know what order I’m talking about ( to the point where I checked my phone to make sure I called the right place)?! Whoever answered the phone never even put my order in the system! Previous experience: I’ve had to wait extremely long times to be seated due to the staff congregating in the back and the hostess not being at her post. I’ve been told there’s no orange juice on multiple occasions even though they are a “breakfast place” and there’s a grocery store right next door. Calling in orders is always difficult due to the staff not even being familiar with the menu ( for instance not knowing what grits are). In general this specific ihop location is just really poorly managed with terrible customer service."

"The whole experience was horrible. There were two of us and only one of us got our food. The server admitted he forgot to order mine. The coffee was cold, which later they revealed was due to a broken coffee maker. We were never checked on and ended up walking up to the front to pay for only my fiance's meal, which was also cold. Will never return. The last visit there was awful too."

"I’ve been here around 5-6 times and all of those times food was good but the wait time is ridiculous. Last time I was here, it took the waiter about 20 minutes to get my order and then about 15 more minutes to get our food. Staff is friendly and caring but I strongly believe they are understaffed. I only saw about 3 staff members altogether. My husband and I had break on a Friday. I had a 3 leches French toast and I loved it!"
