"I ordered a 4 piece wing dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy. I received a breast, wing, and thigh. Definitely didn’t receive what I ordered or what I was charged for. Disappointed ☹️. The meal is a waste. It’s sad that you can’t even get what you order and pay for these days."

"This is by far the the worst Popeyes I have ever had. On multiple occasions I received dry stale chicken. Beyond that they also like to give you too many wings, I just got a three price meal with three chicken wings, it's definitely not what I or any other customer expect for $11. Last month we had a 10 piece that came with four chicken wings and I thought that was mistake but now I know better. I love popeyes but avoid this one."

"Food was good. But I placed an online order. Got to the store about 13 minutes after I place the order. Went through the drive-through, by the time I got to the window they gave me my drink and then pulled me forward and said it would be about 15 minutes. That’s way too long to have to wait for food. My drink was done before the food came out to me. Not to mention they were out of the ghost pepper wings that I had already ordered and paid for. So they gave me the other sweet and spicy wings instead. They did not mention that to me. I had to find out after I got home. And I also was missing my mashed potatoes. All in all it wasn’t a great experience."

"Everything was good your normal Popeyes but one thing that irritates me is a simple request not being heard. No pickle means no pickle ruined the whole sandwich. Oh and the strawberry biscuit was really good except when you got to the bottom where it was like pudding"

"When I say extremely disappointed, I mean extremely disappointed. I haven’t visited Popeyes in a while, but things have changed. I attempted to scan my app code to earn points, but was unable to do so because they do not have a scanner. I mentioned that I order in person so I can get a choice as to what meats I get. So I get told I can choose my meats and then cannot choose to have 2 legs and a breast or a breast, thigh and leg, so what a waste. I do not eat wings but am forced to have one and then can’t even earn points on it. I am upset about the points, but I am even more upset about not being able to sub a wing for a leg or thigh, which up until now I have always been able to do. I hadn’t even touched the chicken but they refused to do because I just noticed upon picking up my tray. Guess KFC or Church’s Chicken for me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Edit: Just to show that I am not one of those people who eat and complain, I added a second photo with the completed meal with the wing still remaining. It a shame that they lost a customer over a leg or thigh, but customer service matters."
