"Same old story, great food! Very bad service! This is the third time I've complained in the past three months but they don't seem to care, just went there with the family last night for dinner and it was just more of the same bad service. The waiter dropped the food and never came back so I had to get up twice to ask for drink refills and only then she brought me a new drink but walked off while my wife's tea was empty! Then walked past two more times totally blind to the fact So I get up again to go ask for refills, she was just standing up front talking to three others that were not doing there job either, she brought the drink and only came back to get paid, at one point we did ask a passing so called trainer for help but that was a joke! I think I'm done with this place. You go out of business one customer at a time. TIPS ( to Insure Promt Service )"

"South memorial is one of our older facilities and do not have space for 2 liter pops in our walkin or our refrigerator....you can ask for a cup with ice.... Sorry, was gonna give it a try, but you can't get soda right? Good luck! And actually, that was one of the best retorts to a less than positive review I have ever read....."

"It's always a good time at Hideaway! Their pizza is delicious, and one can get a small thin or thick crust. Most pizza places will only provide thick crust for small pizzas. Service is always amazing. Their cups are in rotation based on the time of year, which is a fun souvenir. If you get a sandwich, I recommend Their homemade chips as a side. Their salads are yummy, and they have many to choose from."

"Nice place! Great happy hour, 50% off bar drinks. Got takeout recently, had to wait a little. Even though we did not complain at all they gave us $$ off certificates for next time. Got gluten free crust as well."

"Excellent place to go with the entire family. Thursdays before 4:30pm is pretty empty. After 5pm it gets busy. They provide a military discount if requested. Free pie on your birthday and no singing on their part, which might be a good thing if they sing like me. Good prices and good food."
