"On Sunday I ordered a 4 cheese melt and added grilled chicken. Absolutely flawless and delicious. I went back the very next day and tried to order the exact same thing. All of a sudden it was physically impossible to ring that up. Instead the cashier rung up a ham and cheese sandwich with no ham add chicken and everything else was on the side. Why this happened im still not sure. In what universe does that make sense? Worst case scenario ring up a grilled chicken sandwich and add extra cheese or something. What I got was a dry plain meat and bread sandwich. This is why nobody wants to pay food service workers a livable wage and I hate saying that because I used to work in the food industry but there has to be some disconnect going on or lack of quality training. The funny thing is I just ordered the grilled cheese with grilled chicken at a different location and it was seemless."
"Food is always great. Absolutely disappointed in the service here. We were waiting at the register for them to take our order. The next register opened up and they went ahead and took the orders of 2 to 3 customers that came after us. Not once did they acknowledge us. I understand it gets busy, but if they had grabbed us when opening up the next register first then this experience would have been fine."
