"Wildly understaffed. Needs new management. Everytime I place an order online I wait a good 15 minutes before walking over and every single time it's not ready. Right now one worker taking orders and no one is making sandwiches, just creating a longer and longer backlog for people waiting."

"I ordered a sandwich delivered from this Jimmy John’s waited more than thirty minutes then called the store and the employee told me he didn’t have a driver and didn’t know if he would show up at all. I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money he assured me he would. Waited a week no refund. Called again and asked for a manager was told there was not a manager available and that if i would leave the total, date and my number a manager would take care of it and get back to me. Nothing. Still no refund. The total was $19.49 on 1/20/2024, todays date is 2/09/24. As far as I’m concerned this location stole that money from me I don’t expect to ever get my refund and I will not be doing business with Jimmy John’s at all because of it."
