"I have visited several restaurants in this franchise across the state. This is without a doubt the worst service, and slowest service for this franchise I have ever experienced. These people quite frankly could not care less if I spent money in their store or not. They were busy, but had made no effort to compensate by preparing additional food. When I finally received my food, the order wasn’t correct, but the lines were so long and the weight was so long I didn’t bother trying to correct the order. The staff was grumbling amongst themselves and griping at each other, also seemed like they didn’t care about the customer, or whether or not the orders were billed promptly. Incredibly disappointing, will not be back even though this location is placed quite conveniently for me. I even took the time to use my receipt and submit a survey directly, and received no callback, no feedback, nothing. Avoid this stop if you can."
"The chicken has no flavor...paper probably has more taste. The dirty rice mimics Thanksgiving stuffing and the green beans are over cooked. The rolls can be used for soft ball practice and the Mac is sticky and bland."
