Taco Mayo

"Almost 30.00 for 6 tacos (soft) and 2 bean burritos You order all this food and then they charge you for each individual 2oz salsa. You should salsa because you order food, now you charge for it.??? This is a rip-off and Taco Mayo used to be the greatest place to go for us. WHAT has happened to them. So we told cashier we will go some place else and we did. Got 6 burgers(all the fixins) onion rings and fries for a fraction of 30.00"

"Just a shell of what this place used to be (pun intended). Service is awful, lobby has completely empty what used to be salsa bar (if you aren't going to use it get it out). Ots just so sad, before they greedily over expanded in the 1990's, it looks like an abandoned building that someone is pretending to be the once great taco mayo. As an executive, I can see the potential this chain could have but with a complete lack of effort, leadership, and a corporate board that cares. This place is doomed. It's sad because it used to be so good and so much better than taco bell or taco Bueno. I suggest firing the board and the c-suite and bring back the old format and start to rebuild. You still have a loyal following. Your Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and all those involved in major decision must be fired or at least need to listen to the voice of their customers for this chain to survive. At the least your board and c-suite should not take a salary until they make some real progress."

"Tonight Taco Mayo sucks. We waited there 20 minutes and they try to give us somebody else’s order. Tell them that wasn’t our order so they tried to give us somebody else’s order gave us one drink go back in to get the other drink because I had to drive around in the pouring rain and get my drink they forgot, the young kid at the window never spoke to us except through the speaker and played around with his friends and I told him if he would’ve spoke to us and let me pay then maybe he wouldn’t be screwing up so bad it was horrible once again don’t recommend"

"So I went into taco mayo today and had a nice service but as I was watching no one had gloves I only seen three people with their hair up. People not in uniforms and there’s kids running behind the counter please note that is a safety hazard"
