"Ordered using the app, called the store and they delivered on time with no problems! The food was great and had rave reviews! So much easier dealing with the store directly vs using a 3rd party app! "I visited yesterday and received a half full meal and was told there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't say anything when it happened. I had already left the store and had a busy day so wasn't going to go back or call and complain about getting less food than normal but I do come to Panda 2-8 times a month and at multiple locations and have never received a portion that tiny. Today, I placed a mobile app order and came through the drive through to pick it up. All I said was, "Can you please make sure the plates full since last time it was half empty." And they went to got get the manager who I think didn't understand all the details and just thought I was trying to get free food."

"Food was pretty good but depending on what person fixes your plate depends on how much you get so the girl that fixed my plate piled at high and the Chinese girl that fixed my son's plate hardly gave you anything. It's almost getting to wear it's not worth the price. Return to 21st and Yale. #1822. Good food. Small portions!! 10.63 for this! Sad!"

"I went in yesterday later in the night and they weren't super busy but it was still definitely active. The employees were working very attentively and cooperatively. I got some phenomenal orange chicken, the black Angus pepper steak, and some fried rice and i went home real full. Fell right asleep for two hours, woke up still nice and full to get some water and slept amazing. My dad, brother, and I decided it was good enough that we wanted to go again today. However we went to a different location I'll review soon."

"Busy or not, employees are very efficient and move quickly. Either inside or in the drive-thru its the same. Most all employees have a smile and are helpful while taking your order. Food is delicious."
