"My husband, daughter, and I went in and was told to wait so they could clear some tables. We waited about 5 minutes and was seated. We sat and waited for about 10 minutes when we assumed it was a manager approved and took our drink order and told us our waiter would take our food order soon. She brought our drinks back, and we waited about 5 minutes when the waiter came by and said he would be right back. So we waited another 10 minutes and he was walking our way but stopped at the table across from us to take their order and we had been waiting and seated before them. By this point, my husband wasn't very happy so we ended up leaving cash for the 3 drinks and left. When the waiter saw us get up he tried to say he was heading to us next but honestly the wait wasn't worth it. Get better service"
"I took myself to lunch for my pre birthday celebration. For was great and my waitress was very attentive and made sure my service was great"
"We love bringing our kids to Red Robin since they can snack on a few fries before our food comes and of course, the freckled lemonade or shakes. But the last two times we've been, our experience has been pretty lousy. Excessively long wait times after ordering, the food is barely warm when it gets to our table, and frequent empty cups while waiting for our server to come back. We paid $15 for a good burger meal and it had thin, microwave bacon, barely any sauce, and missing toppings. Nothing against the wait staff, I know they're trying and I saw our waitress working diligently so I didn't complain. To me its overall not worth the price we're paying when I can get a great burger at several other restaurants around town for less money."
"Avoid at all possible, there have been many issues with this place. A few months ago it was literally bugs in the drinks and tonight I ordered a "sautéed shroom" burger, 3 half mushrooms on the entire burger."
"Food was okay, might be overpriced. $13 for a chicken sandwich, but they do give you free unlimited steak fries, chips, or house salad. :) I had the California chicken sandwich. My wife had the Whiskey BBQ chicken Sandwich. They tasted good. Fries were great, can with dipping sauces. Service was really good. Drinks stayed full. I would definitely come back, but I wouldn’t bring my whole family."
