"I ordered breakfast to dine in but it was put in a to go bag and throwing on the counter. The girl at the front counter was only concerned about talking to the manager(outloud) about her personal life. And then a customer that ordered after me got his food before me! Probably the last time I will go to that Braums!!"

"The food and ice cream are wonderful. I love their milk and cottage cheese. I wish they would keep the Gouda Burger on the menu permanently."

"There is another review just like the one I about to share below. I like a good Braum’s burger and the normally have great ice cream. This Braum’s however needs new management and some staff that cares a little. The place was absolutely filthy, only 4 tables were occupied, but every one of them were dirty, the floors were nasty, needing swept and mopped. The staff didn’t greet us when we walked in nor when we walked up to the counter, they walked past us several times before someone finally took our order. I will not go back to this Braums until there is new management here or I see good reviews of it being turned around."

"I rarely leave reviews like this, but this location at 101st St. needs some serious attention from management. The entire property needs a serious deep clean. This is the filthiest state I have seen this property in in the last 20 years since its opening. Ketchup and mystery liquids line the walls. The entire floor is sticky to the point that you cannot pull the chair up off the ground. I walked in at lunchtime and half of the chairs were still flipped upside down on the tables. The entire reason those chairs are flipped upside down is so that the floor can be swept and mopped, but from its current appearance, it has been neither swept nor mopped in months. If this is the condition of the customer space is in, there is no telling what the kitchen looks like. Do better."

"We ordered 4 combos, 2 chicken and 2 meat, one of them without jalapeños and it came super full of these. the other brought the super old cheese. was disgusting. the restaurant very dirty. the attention very bad"
