"This is one of the best waffle houses I’ve ever eaten at. Especially after going to the one on mingo street, which was absolutely terrible. The service here was amazing, the staff got along well, the food was perfect… h would highly recommend and would definitely be back."

"3 stars only because it’s usually good. Today was a crappy experience all the way around. I don’t even know the girls name that served us but she was awful. While taking our order I looked up to realize she wasn’t looking at us she was facing the cook giggling and everything she wrote down was wrong. We had to sit and listen to her call the cook daddy the entire time we were there. Waffle came almost 10 minutes before anything else hit the table. She was too busy flirting with the cook to do anything right. Didn’t give us a ticket. In the middle of ringing us up (while guessing prices, she was completely unsure about) she walked away to get her check! And then waved the money around giggling with the cook again before remembering I was still waiting to check out. The manager refused me a receipt or check of any kind showing me prices charged. I’m severely disappointed because we love this Waffle House."

"A little background, my mother worked at waffle house when I (61 f) was kid I worked at waffle house when I was younger and my daughter worked at waffle house, so alot of experience with waffle house. Yes I can still flip the eggs. My daughter now lives in Tulsa so I'm there every few months. This was my first visit to a waffle house in a few years. My daughter and i decided to take the 3 grandkids for dinner, the grits were the best I've had in years. Tamara our server was awesome. place was clean very friendly and I will definitely be back next time I'm in Tulsa, Tamara was a joy, friendly, outgoing fantastic."

"I wasn't sure if they were open. The 2 girls were sitting by the window on their phones. So I called from my vehicle, and neither of them answered the phone. Finally, they got up when they looked outside and realized I was in the parking lot. They both went and stood by the register. I got the feeling they didn't want to be there. The window had a photo of pumpkin waffle with wip cream. I asked how big the waffles were and how much. I was told they were a pretty good size and $4.75 or with $0.50 for topping. I was then charged over $6. For 1 waffle. When I saw how snall it was, I couldn't believe it. The restaurant is called the waffle house. But there NOT serving up waffles. It was as round as a small sauser, and the thickness was the smaller than the length of a new pencil eraser. I there wasn't any topping. Even though I was charged topping. They don't really have anything on their menus. So it's a great place for people who don't like a lot of choices. I don't understand how this could be called a waffle house. The last time I went to a waffle house the waitress was very pregnant, working over nights in Oklahoma city, OK, and cussing at several customers. Never again Horrible first impression. Then when I went to my jeep afrer the return, They seemed to have a lot to talk about"
