"Bad food and horrible management. I do not recommend eating here. We ordered 2 to-go meals and both were inedible. The beef tasted rotten with weird texture and the chicken was old, dried out and gross. The meat overall was very low quality and the veggies were soggy and flavorless. We felt sick after eating one bite. They also do not cook the food in sauce like traditionally cooked and you have to add a sauce on top of unseasoned meat, veggies, and rice. I called to return the food for a refund and the manager, Danielle, told me that nothing was wrong with the food and that she wouldn't give me a refund. She said she'd have the owner call me when he arrived at the restaurant later that evening, but no one called. It's been several days and he has not called to make this right. I surely hope the owner does not tolerate this behavior from his manager. Not only was the food very bad, but the customer service was shockingly ridiculous and uncalled for. They sell old, poor quality food and they should be ashamed of their poor customer service. We do not recommend this place. Eat at your own risk."
"I went with my parents on a Wednesday around lunch time.they were getting busy.I got the 1/2 chicken 1/2 beef with rice and veg, and my parents both got the beef with rice and veg. We all got the regular meal but could have eaten the 1/2 bowls ( except for my dad)and would have been fine..the meal was 25-26$. We were not offered sauce.we had not been there before, the cashier explained how it worked but were not given the sauces..the store is not facing the street and its in a strip mall between 2 other strip malls so it was kind of confusing finding it."
"Average - *** I went with great expectations.. It is basically a korean version of panda express. They have three sizes for rice - mini, bowl and plate. The bowl is good enough for lunch. I ordered a bowl of chicken with brown rice and vegs. You get three sauces along with it. Hot sauce was not that hot even with extra jalapenos. The flavor of chicken is similar to teriyaki chicken. Overall I would call it an average rice bowl."
"Pretty good, the steak had the better flavor between it and the chicken. The veggies were all good but man there’s a lot of carrots, too many for me but I’m sure okay for others. This was my first time here and the staff was super friendly and helpful with walking me through the options available."
"Love this place. Haven't been here in years and the quality is just as good as I remember. Healthy Asian is the best way I can describe. Fresh and quality ingredients, small and focused menu, but delicious and you don't have that nasty full feelings."
