"Was very disappointed at the attitude problem of the woman who was FAILING to aid me in my need to see if a belt would fit. Then she calls the manager in an attempt to dissuade me from needing the help I needed and cause discord. That cost that store HUNDREDS because my ORIGINAL plan was to spend $500-$1000 Instead, I purchased one jeans, one shirt. Now I'm going to a DIFFERENT Langston's and plan to have that salesperson call that girl and tell her about the nice big sale she lost for the Exchange store."

"Went in to return some jeans I had bought the previous day because they were a little too big on me. Walked up to the register and asked if I could return them and the older lady who was helping me was not nice at all. Said she can’t return the jeans if the tags aren’t on them, totally understand but she said it told me that on the receipt and I looked and all it says is tags must ACCOMPANY the clothes. She asked why I wanted to return them and I said they’re a little bigger than I thought they were and she came back with a snotty “why’d you buy them then?” Basically just talked to me like I was an idiot. Keep in mind I had to drive almost an hour to return them and to buy them. I understand not being able to return them and it would’ve been fine had she have been nicer and not so hateful about the whole process."

"I live in Ga. And we have not one place that sells 32×28 501 Levi's. I've been buying them from langstons for several years now and they always have them in stock at all times. Love this place and wish they had one close to where I live Columbus Ga."
