"Great restaurant - need to eat gluten-free - waiter very helpful explaining what I could eat. Highly recommended."
"Well for the type of restaurant it is, I'm sure it is great. We were the only 40 year olds in the building other than one little girl who was serving tables. This was like walking into a 50+ country club, and everyone stared at us like "why are you kids here, get off our lawn!" The menu was 2 sided and one side was all wine, $12 a glass I might add! The meals were $30 per person for 3 courses. And there was a lot of veal and beet dishes. In not sure who actually eats that stuff, but it's not me...we did find chicken parm and stuffed mushrooms on the menu but they needed salt really badly and there was none on the table. Their fresh baked bread was good, and that is probably the best water I've ever drank from a restaurant lol we had dessert of chocolate pie and tiramisu and that was probably the best part of the whole experience! If you're a 50+ and looking for a bougie country club atmosphere, you've come to the right place! We won't be back for at least 10 years!"
"I’m not usually a fan of leaving reviews especially if it is a bad one but this just feels necessary. My friend and I each ordered a glass of wine, the fried calamari, the potato thyme gnocchi, and the lobster alla vodka. To make a long story sort of short, it was just terrible. The food was terrible, the only thing that was actually good was the bottled wine and the bread that came with the table. The restaurant is small, not crowded, and there were many old people there. That isn’t a problem but could tell it was a type of place that only “regulars” went to. The ceiling was DISGUSTING, my friends wine came dripping down the glass and stained the table, the water bottle had some sort of yucky black substance, the food tasted nothing like the description, and my friend’s gnocchi was completely raw. If the health department came it would more then likely be shut down until improvements were made. The decorations were tacky and out of place for an “Italian” restaurant and could unfortunately tell it was not clean at all which leads me to ask what the kitchen looked like. Never in my life have I ever complained about my food to the sever and we actually requested that the main meals be returned and if it could be taken off. He agreed and removed the main meals so we just paid for our wine and the appetizer. That is the only thing that made the night a little better. I wouldn’t recommend Biga but if you go maybe order something other then what we ordered."
"Omg the sauces are amazing! The gnocchi was to die for! I told my daughter I would drink the sauce with a straw! Pictured is the small order! The filet was not cooked to order and was seared medium rare but quite tough and lacking flavor. The lobster ravioli was delicious. The Alfredo sauce was thick creamy and flavorful. My daughter said that the meatballs lacked flavor... I disagreed! I thought the meatballs were quite flavorful. We also ordered the antipasto not pictured and chocolate cloud for desert."
"I have a hard time deciding on my favorite Italian spot in tulsa, but this has been in my top 3 for over a decade. This is the only Italian spot in Tulsa that actually replicates both the food and feel of some of the really good non-touristy restaurants in Tuscany. Prices are very reasonable for the caliber of food with both higher priced specialties and lower priced dishes for budget customers. Half portions are large enough for most people. I like to order a few dishes to share among the table. Servers here are veterans of the restaurant so they know the dishes well."
