"I have been to this Jersey Mike's a couple times really do love their sandwiches. But the thing that made me stop to review is that I went in today use their restroom felt like I should just buy a drink because I didn't really want to eat me thing and the people at the counter I don't know if they recognize me but are so incredibly kind and so polite they simply would not allow me to pay this time just for a drink. Obviously doesn't help their business this time but I promise you me and everyone else I can tell about the place will be back because as I said they're very kind they're sandwiches are good and they keep the place clean and nice."

"Employee called me names and insulted my character in the span of 2 min: I guess they only expect returning customers because the woman I spoke to today on the phone to place my pickup order was extremely rude and condescending about the fact that I didn’t know the menu like the back of my hand. I wasn’t sure which sizes were called what so I said I need the full size that’s cut in half, and the lady just kept saying “mini, regular, or large” and I don’t know which one is that particular size. Instead of explaining the sizes, she kept repeating them like I was an idiot. After trying to make me feel dumb, she finally said “that’s the regular size”. Just rude, and then she straight up called me a ‘snapping turtle’ and that it ‘wasn’t good to be like that”. Maybe someone can teach her how to be a better and more hospitable employee. My coworkers heard the entire phone call and none of us feel comfortable going back to this location as long as she’s there."

"Liked this place until I ordered a hot sandwich and then asked for additional toppings not realizing I needed to say everything at the beginning of my order. The woman Who puts the toppings on the sandwich then decided to give me a lecture on how they would’ve gotten fined if the health and safety staff were there and they saw them reopening the sandwich. How about I don’t give a damn and That’s not my problem. There was another gentleman that was much nicer about it, and I would have taken that. Mind you, if she would have been talking a hell of a lot less about the goodburger movie she saw recently, and focusing on her job, there probably wouldn’t have been a line so long. because of her lecture I won’t be back."
