"Paid for mobile order 10 min prior. Drive-thru attendant asked me on three different occasions what the name on the order was and was told "I don't see that order" followed by "sir you can't come to this window". ??? So I parked and went inside. The lady up front walked up and paused then uttered "whatever" folliwed by "what do you need?". At this point I just wanted to get out of there with my order since I had paid for it. After explanation it ended up all the items were ready with the correct name on them. Customer service is lacking both at the drive thru and the front counter."

"I asked for a venti Chestnut praline cappuccino. I received a grande. I asked the employee if this was a venti and she said no it's a grande. I asked what the cost of a vente Chestnut praline cappuccino was and she said, I don't know, but you were charged right. Then walked off. I didn't ask for a receipt. I took a couple of pictures. I always get whipped cream on top of my cappuccinos but as you can see there is not any whipped cream."

"Staff was friendly, do feel like my order was slightly off but that could subjective call. Drive through can get a little long and hairy. Outside pergola eating/drinking area. Generally, a clean Starbucks. Kid Friendly * kid Friendly food/drink options * High chairs available * changing table in universal bathroom. Handicap accessible *Handicap parking *Handicap accessessible bathrooms that are spacious and not confined."

"Well, I am having to retract my last review. I had a really good experience this morning. Even though it was 5:45 am, staff was very friendly and helpful (I am not an expert on the Starbucks lingo) when asked about the size of my drink, Michelle saw my anxiety on what to say and she made it simple for me, “large medium or small” and she got my name spelled right!!! Very nice experience overall!"
