IHOP

"I will not be returning back to this location ever again. Ordered appetizers and never received it, took almost an hour to even get our food and as you can see my boyfriends steak looks like it's fresh off the cow I've never seen a steak so horribly done. Very disappointed. Our waiter did the best he could it's not his fault but the staff should really get a grip."

"Worst IHOP experience ever! I was sat as a table of 1 and it took forever for someone to take my order. The waitress's were kind to a degree but very very unprofessional! There were groups of 3+ that arrived after AND ordered after me that got their food first.... AND then my food came out wrong after waiting literally forever... I was told to just pick everything off that was incorrect... Only thing that was fast and ready was my check so I could leave... I still tipped the poor girl who was my main waitress. Maybe she was new (?) maybe the kitchen was having issues (?) maybe everyone else's order was more important than mine (?)... I don't know. I should've went elsewhere or ate at home. Never again am I going to IHOP Sand Springs."

"My wife LOVES IHOP pancakes. I only go there because I dearly love her. In my opinion all of there burgers suck. The only burger they had that was good was the last specialty burger the had and I can't remember what it was called."

"Order a chicken sandwich November 8th at 1am and they gave me a burnt piece of chicken that was smaller than a mcchicken from McDonald’s. Ordered a turkey melt and they gave me only enough turkey for half they sandwich. Called to complain and they said these are normal portions and that the chicken was not burnt. I’ve ordered these meals plenty of times and neither of these things have happened. Very disappointed I spent $30. They said this is the correct portion and a “golden brown” chicken. Smh"

"The food & coffee were the only redeeming qualities about this trip.. the servers were arguing the whole time we were there. (About different things, but all in front of customers.) The second time was when they were going back and forth about who was going to help us… then our server rudely asked “what do you want to drink..” (the first thing she said to us!) after 10 mins of no one greeting us.. the silverware was dirty and so was the table.. but the food & coffee were good. I don’t know if IHOP needs to step up and actually pay their people to get workers who care about their job or if they were overworked but something needs to change because it was a hot dumpster fire mess in that place.. still tipped 15% though.."
