"Just found out my son who’s military veteran is in here don’t know how long as no one has bothered to contact me usually I get call is something he’s been missing since July.I’m worried for his safety as in read nothing but bad reviews and I’m inclined to believe them since I’ve not been called or notified of what why or when. Tmrw I will wait for call or return my call and this will determine all I hope he’s well and under good care cause I will cause problems if I find out different .he was in marines and is a good person he needs help so I hope he’s getting it with care and respect. So if someone from facility is reading this please feel free to reassure me contact me or call me I need to know."
"so its truly the time to expose the mental health care scam .... a patient goes to st marys er in enid ... then sent to fort supply (a northwest behavioral facility) same night ... after about 3 weeks released with 2 weeks prescription only to get run around from enid northwest behavioral health facility to get to be seen and get scripts refilled but get run around and can not .. so goes back to st marys mental health in enid to get released after about 7 days with scripts .. st marys, however, this time helped client get set up on soonercare .. then can not get all scripts filled cause dr prescribed a med that costs more than soonercare will pay for so try to reach dr to get a less expensive med only to be denied ... so then go to northwest behavioral in enid to get sent back to fort supply (a northwest behavioral facility) ... after about 2 weeks get realeased with another 2 weeks of meds .. then go to northwest behavioral in enid to keep appt that was set up by fort supply .. get run around and told to set up with a primary dr office however that appt is set up for about 4 weeks later plus not seen for orginal purpose at northwest behavioral but get a new appt to be seen about a week later .. go to new appt (today) to be told can't refill scripts till see their mefication clinic in about 2 and 3 weeks from today (yes 2 appts) ... so conclusion... these 3 facilities are basically milking money from the soonercare system (or if lucky enough to be rich by milking your pocket book) by passing client back and forth and each time meds are changed but never given enough to make to next appt to get refilled ... so client ends back into the cycle of going off meds and being seen and readmitted to one or the other facilty to circle around again .... so what now ? client in position to wait for symptoms to resurface to begin cycle again ???? ... mental health clients are NOT BEING TREATED appropriately ... the system is nothing more than a milking money cycle .... oh and yet all 3 facilities deny that there is a long term facilty to go to ... even though a few were found online only to be told they need a referral (cause they are state ran) from one of the facilities client was seen at only to be told from those facilities they can not referrals ... seriously???????"
"My wife went here and we both hated every moment! They purposefully lied to me on the phone and would not release my wife so the could bleed the state for funding. It's a prison, not a serious place for help."
"My son was moved over here last Friday from Red Rock in Weatherford, Oklahoma. It took awhile to find the right building. We had to call many times to be able to get in. If another family is visiting you have to wait outside. We did find out that there's no limit on the amount of visitors or an age limit. I'll have to call again to see if we can bring anything to him. Once we got in the building we had to sign in and empty our pockets into a drawer. We got to visit for awhile then we were told that two more families were waiting to visit so we had to leave. He's more talkative today, but I still hate leaving my baby boy here so far from home."
"My wife went here. They take everything away from you including your clothes and blankets. Take you off every med known possible. And the food is horrible"
