"Our family dog died here. She was a Great Pyrenees left here for almost a week in the summer. She was left in an outside kennel on one of the hottest weeks of that summer. They had claimed to brought her into an indoor kennel at the end of her stay. When they returned to work the following morning she wasn’t alive anymore. When questioned they claimed it was from too much stress… don’t you think if they knew that was the cause they would’ve done something more about it? Please please please do your research about who you leave your dogs with. Pay extra for them to stay with a loving person."

"Took three of our cats there while we were out of town. The staff was very friendly and sent us pictures and updates. The cat room is set up very nicely and the cats had a great view of the outside. We will definitely be using them again!"
