I can understand if the clerk was busy with customers and she could have put me on hold and then checked, but she didn't want to do that and told me she didn't know, so I just hung up. Please train your employees to at least have better customer service skills."
"Actual thieves work there. While shopping an employee grabbed my phone from my cart. They even lied to my face about it but magically after the sheriff visited they found it "on a back shelf" I knew exactly where I had been in the store and called it, pinged it and it was absolutely suspicious and sketchy. So if the prices are worth it prepare yourself, keep anything of yours on your person, and plug your nose as it's also a putrid cigarette and cheap body spray aroma throughout wherever the employee roam."
