"The best pizza around! One of my favorite places to order pizza from with a friendly staff and tasty pizza. You cannot go wrong with Papa Murphy's pizza! Yum!"
"I ordered 5 hours early to pick up at 5:15. I ordered a Canadian bacon and cheese calzone, 1 order of garlic monkey bread, and 1 order of cinnamon monkey bread. I got there to pick it up about 5:10. They told me the calzone was ready, but they had to make the cinnamon monkey bread and they didn't have any garlic monkey bread. I asked if they had other bread and they said no because they were "out of the garlic spread to make the breads". I'm sorry...... WHAT?? You are a pizza place. You sell pizza and bread of some kind. You should not run out of it. The guy offered me another order of the cinnamon bread because I had already paid. I said ok because I didn't want to say what I was thinking. The other guy gives me 1 order of cinnamon bread and walks off, then glances at me a few times like he doesn't know why I'm still there. I asked the original guy who offered me the extra order of cinnamon bread how long it was going to be and he "forgot"! The had to make it! I got out of there at 5:35. 25 minutes. I ordered 5 hours early. You don't cook it. Why was the order not ready? Why are you running out of any kind of bread? The main reason I chose this pizza place is because I kept getting ads in my e-mail about the garlic monkey bread and I wanted to try it. Oh, and there were green bell peppers in my calzone which I did not order. This was my first time to try Papa Murphys and I was very disappointed and probablywon't be back anytime some and certainly won't recommend you."
"Everytime I go here I get a good a** pizza. Its fresh, you can basically build your own pizza and my goodness I just love love looove their calzone. They also accept ebt so they are worth every penny, silver coin, dollar , whatever! Just take my money so I don't have to worry about re-warming food later on for the kids. Price- $ Service- I've never had my order messed up from Papa Murphy's Atmosphere- good"
"I ordered and paid for pizza & salad online. When I got to the store to pick up the order, they had the pizza on a rack. I asked for the salad and the person at the register said that they ran out of salads. I asked for a refund and they said they could not issue a refund because it was an online order. They instead wanted me to add something else to my order. They directed me to request the refund online , despite the fact that there was clearly no option to do so online. I chatted with online support and they directed me back to the store. They also did not check the order for accuracy; they did not provide dipping sauce with the monkey bread. This was a horrible instore customer experience. It should not be so difficult to get a refund for a product not received!"
