"Talk about unpleasant just not welcoming employees! Wow, I was honestly a bit shocked walking in. Usually, you say hi and welcome in, nothing. Okay, but no help at all while looking. I saw at least 3 employees walk by us when looking for shoes, did they ask if we needed help? NOPE. First impressions at stores are a thing and you failed miserably. I get it it's a shoe store but wow are we just lacking in communication with customers now? Just shocked. Didn't find what I wanted or would fit. Will not return, it just really does not have the vibe of a place that I'd like to shop at. Clean store, and with lots to choose from depending on what you want. If you like to shop without help this is your place. If you need help go somewhere else. They all looked to busy to offer assistance or even say hi, welcome do you need anything..."

"My experience ordering to the store was a bit of a mess. Probably wouldn't do that again. I'm mostly disappointed by how small the shoes seem to be to slip foot into. The size itself once on is fine but they are just hard to get on. I read a ton of reviews and only a few said they ran small so was confident they'd be fine. Would have returned but I drove 1.5 hours to pick up so will probably just turn them into slip on."

"Super cute shoes! Made it super easy for a exchange without a receipt. My friend bought my wedding shoes from here and they were the wrong size. All I had to do was go up there give her number and they went and got the correct size for me. Great customer service. Highly recommend"
