"Me & my family went into the store on 01/07 & noticed we were being followed around the store. Each one of us, felt it. We went back to confront the staff & let them know they made us uncomfortable. The "district manager" Candice C told us that my brother "looked suspicious" because he was walking over to us with a couple wallets in his hand & that we were all huddled up at the t-shirts with our bags. What was actually happening was that we were looking at the t-shirts together & my brother came up to us with some wallets in his hands & asked us which one he should get. That was all. We had bags from other stores, because its a MALL, of course we have bags. We understand that people steal & that misunderstandings can happen when people ASSUME but even when we went back to let them know that we were NOT stealing & in fact felt uncomfortable, Candice couldnt even understand that what she did was rude or acknowlege that what she did was profiling & wrong. Never coming back to this store, no one should be treated this way."

"I used to love this place, id go to get cool jewelry mostly. The people are always nice, but the pierced nation punch card has a price limit on the free jewelry, which is fine, but I used to be able to pick anything and pay the difference if it was more than what was covered by the punch card. But now they won't let me do that, which is fine if they actually had jewelry that was under that price anymore. If you're raising the price of the jewelry, please raise the price on the punch card as well so we don't spend a lot of money in store and get nothing in return like you used to."

"The service is horrid! Walked in tonight and 2 guys walked from the back and literally didn’t say a word to me! I’ve been in the sooner mall one multiple times and they’re always friendly! I never pull the race card but tonight made me feel like it was just that! There should always be a “hello, hi, can I help you?, or something” In a business. It’s sad."

"It's Spencer's gifts hours love going in to look around at the goofy stuff you can't find elsewhere locally. Unless I am going to the movies this place is about the only other reason for me to go into a mall."
