"This was a large order for my workplace. 13 bags of biscuits and burritos and 30 hash browns. I called 1/2 hour ahead, and was very pleasantly treated on the phone and upon arrival. And it was quality food at a price to treat our team to breakfast. Good job Braum's!"

"Ordered 2 breakfast burrito meals. Was pulled to the door to wait for the order. A boy brings it out with the bag scrunched up in his hands, throws it through window without saying anything and runs back inside. Hasbrowns spilled in the bag and burritos are smashed. It was like they didn't have burrito mix because they put big chunks of unseasoned scrambled eggs, chopped up sausage patties, rough chopped tomato slices, cheese and avocado thrown on 1 end falling out because they weren't even closed right. Hashbrowns were so crunchy you actually couldn't eat them."

"This location holds ketchup like they should be charging for it. I have to ask for it every time Every time, not the first second or third… every time I get ketchup the packages are sticky and nasty. This has been many months. When they do give you ketchup it’s 2 packets if you’re lucky. These are the old style packets that hardly have any in it. Need like 6 packets for a regular fry. Other than that it’s cool"

"Hamburger awesome. Milkshake awesome. Place clean. Fries cold and half full Asked the manager to replace and fill them up. We were told that that is the amount they were told to put in bag. When he did bring them back he made a remark that the fries were over full. Interesting fact is the Guthrie Brahms doesn't do this. It's a shame because the assistant manager was condescending. Too bad.. fries pic attached."

"Absolutely disgusting and uncalled for. I ordered a 1# No lettuce and no cheese. I get an ice cold sandwich on 2 bottoms smashed to hell with ketchup and pickles and half container of fries. Disgusting service. 12:34 pm March 3 2023. Absolutely Effing Disgusting. I called corporate but no one answered."
