"Wow, didn't think I'd ever give a Chick-fil-A a bad review. Got it to go, had to wait for the order a couple minutes. No big deal, except as I turned on the highway 45 seconds later to take my first bite of my grilled chicken sandwich it's cold MAYBE lukewarm if I'm generous. Definitely not my favorite location."
"One of the best things about Chick-fil-A that is so well known is customer service. But they brought us our drinks then forgot about us and then had to ask us what our order name was. Then they had us pull forward. This was followed by getting back on the highway and discovering that the egg dish I ordered contained an egg that had soured. Too bad we couldn't go back and ask for a refund."
"This is the best Chick-fil-A. My spicy chicken sandwich really hit the spot. The service was outstanding and quick. The staff was all friendly. The giant playroom for kids is a bonus. We don't eat here often, but it's good when we do!"
"The man at the front register kept getting distracted as we ordered. I understand it was busy but we had to repeat ourselves at least 3 times. I asked him did you hear me 3 times and he said no so I had to talk louder. Food was very good though!"
